Okay, so I had to find a new dentist and saw decent reviews on Google but still didn’t have high expectations from previous experiences at other local dental offices. From my phone call to check-in, x-rays, exam, cleaning and proposed treatment plans. The front desk staff, phone staff, Yohanna and Dr. Koh provided me with exceptional care, efficiency and a great model of teamwork between the two. Yohanna was so quick, kind and gave me the most comfortable x-ray experience I’ve had! I usually feel like I’m being tortured with a medieval torture device. Thank you, Yohanna and Dr. Koh was the one to call me back to the office and I didn’t have to wait until the end for the Dr to glance and not listen to my concern. It was pretty incredible. Dr. Koh was kind, down to earth and listened! She spotted areas that need work while previous offices would ignore my concern. She worked so quickly and well with Yohanna. Even while they both tag teamed on my teeth they were gentle and I didn’t even have to ask for them to be gentle with the cold water since it’s so sensitive and is painful! Did yall get that?! They anticipated the need because it’s common! I’ve been brushed off and treated like I’ve been overly dramatic. Dental care/work can come with a lot of traumatic experiences and I’m so glad I found a team that cares and does excellent work! Thanks to everyone from the phones to checkout! Everyone was kind and lighthearted and that is a rarity! Thank you for making an anxious event comfortable and relaxed for me. Highly recommend!
